The local electric CO-OP that serves our business, Cherryland Electric and their T&G supplier Wolverine Power, who are located in NW Lower Michigan invited me to talk about EV's in a recent podcast they produced called "Demystifying EV's" http://cherrylandelectric.coop/2015/08/demystifying-electric-vehicles It is always worthwhile to be able to get the word out about EV's and especially Tesla's "systems approach" to electric transportation. The CO-OP even recently purchased a Chevy Volt and their goal is to achieve 30% wind power penetration in their energy generation mix. Thankfully, this is quite a reversal of strategy from their earlier plan to build and operate a 650 MW coal plant.
