How does cold climate affect the ideal range?

I'm a newbie here, and very interested in the Tesla roadster.

Does anyone have one in a cold climate like Minnesota, Wisc, Michigan, North Dakota etc.?

If you charge it all the way up, then let it sit out in below-zero (Fahrenheit) weather for several days, what effect will that have on range?

I've heard that, under ideal conditions (i.e. warm, and you drive at a constant 50 MPH on flat ground), you can actually match the ideal range of 245 miles/charge, and sometimes do even better.

How about under cold conditions as I described above? If you drive at 50 MPH on flat ground after letting the car cool down below zero, approx. what range can you expect?

Thanks, all!
