There is only 9 roadsters in sweden and the nearest service center opened 22/4

Thanks! If you'd be able to take some pictures many thanks in advance too. I might be looking at a pump replacement myself as I discovered a small leakage @ the pump. Not bad, but it's there.

Yes^^ Thanks in advance for taking pictures. Try to find out if the coolant heater is integral with the pump, or if it's a separate part. If it's separate, see if you can take some pics of that, too. Thanks:smile:

Can some help me with a electrical diagram were the supply come from?

A little check of the pumps
0392023014 bosch number seams to be right and it is a brushless pump
I took a OHM meter and messure the restance of the new pump and was in Mohm class that count up and out and i flip the poles and the did the same

I have check the signal out to the pumps and messure only 1V

Are you measuring when the pump is supposed to be enabled?

Otherwise the 1 Volt could be a signal from the PCM to search for the pump being connected, and it would never enable output to the DC-motor without sensing the appropriate resistance from the Pump itself.

It should be a two pole connector, with one being the feed (12 Volts) and the other side grounded by the PCM when the car enables the pump.

I got a coolant error message. The service center looked into it and they said the message was popping up because the pump was drawing less current than it was supposed to. This is either an indication that the coolant is very low (which it wasn't) or the internals of the pump are wearing out. Their quote to replace it was $684.56.

PUMP-ESS COOLANT PCA12 (2004503) $373.73
Labor $280
Tax $30.83

The pump price is a little outrageous if the pump is the bosch pump that I can buy on Amazon for less than $100.

I talked to the technician about it. He said it was really easy to replace because it just involved two hoses, an electrical connector and had reasonable access.

I have changed the pumps and refiled the coolant and vacuum sucked the system
But The larm is still there and the car refused to charge
I think i need to restart the system om erase the codes

Have you disconnected the 12v battery and pulled the ESS service disconnect, then plug it all back in?
