There have been a couple threads/sub threads on this, but I was wondering if there is a definitive answer on the ability to add the Nav app for owners without the tech package.
My understanding was that it was only possible if you had the upgraded audio. Even then, it wasn't clear how to get it done because you couldn't get a clear answer from Tesla.
