Seriously, though, this is great news. As long as they don't get ICEd all the time, they will be very handy. There's enough power at 60A to make them very useful to road trippers.

We have some charging stations at the IKEA in Tempe, AZ. Unfortunately, they are the Blink stations. Not only are they slow (24A), but now with their new cost structure, it’s not worth it to plug in. No problems with ICEing, though.

That would be good. Ours already has three Blink stations, but there's room for improvement.

Yes, we know, that's how rapoport3a calculated 11 kW (if it's at 240V; if it's a 208V supply it will be less).
So it's 10 kW or so. That's still pretty darn good compared to the usual 30A circuit / 24A delivered chargers. Believe me, it's beyond tedious waiting for one of those - it's not even enough to charge a Roadster overnight (I've had exactly that experience...more than once.).
With these chargers, you could stop for some Swedish meatballs and do some window shopping, and get usable range.

Yes, you will have to assemble the charge station, with one Allen Wrench. And take it apart again before you leave.

The article linked in the first post says there is no charge.
The connector is certainly a J1772 and you get an adapter for that with the car.
