That was a prototype at the Palo Alto California Service center opening in Oct 2013.

But we are now in the quarter of the Model X delivery - Tesla continues to say late Q3 which means less than 3 months.

If you believe what Elon said about no reveal before deliveries start you will not see one until first deliveries probably in September.

That is correct, I was there and saw it at that time. Poor choice of a photo to accompany that article, and they didn't even bother to provide a photo caption explaining the image.
