FWIW, when we ordered my wife's just delivered S70D, I asked about getting red brake calipers installed as a special order. Was told that there were no exceptions, only for P85D. So options are the caliper covers (which do not have the TM lettering/logos) or painting and then applying aftermarket high-heat decals (as noted above).
The EvAnnex ones look fantastic, but you can definitely tell it's not OEM. I actually really like the look, but that's a matter of personal preference.

I had a local rim repair shop do mine. $200 and they supplied the paint and stickers. I did the stickers in grey to match my rims though instead of the factory white.
I might have done it myself, but I don't have a floor jack anymore....and it was totally worth it to just pay someone else.
