So far my emotions around my Tesla have went from excitement to pure frustration.
I ordered my car on May 1, it went into production on June 4th, and is still stuck in production. It was supposed to be a Late June delivery, but I don't see how that's happening at this rate. My DS has been good communicating with me, but there's only so much he can see too. It appears that my Model S was never shifted in the line and it's stuck in the paint department. 22 days in production is a little long. It also makes me nervous that there are some major QA issues with my car. There's no option that I have that hasn't been built and delivered before and after my car.
My DS has reached out to a program manager at the factory to try to get an update, but haven't heard anything yet.
Anyone have any similar experience? Is there anyone outside of my DS I should be talking to?
