The new Volvo S60 has the world's most uncomfortable headrests. They are so bad that it would be a deal-killer even for someone who *loved* everything else about the car.

<Snigger> When shopping for my wife's car and the need for her to get a nearly upright seating position for her back, we so wanted the Volvo to work. The headrests were a deal breaker.
