I hope this is not a false alarm. There have already been two previous rumors similar to this which were shot down.

As far as I can tell, this is not a repeat of the first US Navy rumor. This is an all-new US Navy rumor.

Now they are talking about hiring new people, paying for a new test reactor, and potentially following with a demonstration power plant. None of that has been floated before.
