Aren't the deposit's $5,000? Why would someone part with their Reservation for 1/5th the cost?......... Unless i'm not seeing the other zero.....

Sorry for being unclear. I am offering $1,000 + the original $5,000 deposit (i.e. $6,000).

If he's looking for a Signature, the deposit was $40k.

This has been discussed ad nauseam here, but you can not transfer a reservation from one holder to another.

NEWDL - when theres a will theres a way. At the very least he can sell it to him immediately upon delivery with 0 miles.

Pre-arranged immediate resale = not being able to claim Federal tax credit since you have established that you purchased it with the intent of resale + paying sales tax TWICE = not a real solution
