4月27日より、上記CEVホームページより申し込み受付開始、先着4万台まで。

Japanese highway subsidy will start from May 2015, taking registrations from April 27th at CEV web site. (CEV = next generation vehicle promotion center) First 40,000 applications will be honored and accepted.

Hi, Jay, yes. They said these are the supported cards. All three types of NCS cards are supported.

日産ゼロ・エミッションサポートプログラムまたはEVサポートプログラム（スタンダードプラン）（日産自動車・日産フィナンシャルサービス発行）、法人EV充電サービス（日産自動車発行）、三菱自動車　電動車両サポート（ベーシック・プレミアム・コーポレートプラン）（三菱自動車工業発行）、PHV Drive Support プラスカード（トヨタメディアサービス発行）、ＮＣＳカード（急速充電器用、普通充電器用、急速・普通併用）（日本充電サービス発行）、おでかけカード（プレミア・レギュラー）（ＪＴＢコーポレートセールス発行）

どうも紙で登録するみたいですね。以下の書類が必要そうです。
It seems the registration needs to be done with some papers. These documents are listed as required:

- 車検証の写し　　　　　　　　　　　　Copy of vehicle registration
- ETC車載器セットアップ証明書の写し　Copy of ETC in-car unit setup certificate
- ETCカード写し　　　　　　　　　　　Copy of ETC card
- 充電カード写し　　　　　　　　　　　Copy of charging card
- 道路事業者が登録者の高速道路利用情報をセンターに提供することについての同意書　Agreement

My company owns the car and the charging card is also under my company name so I might need to wait for a while.

5/15に、法人の申し込みが開始されましたので、申し込みました。

本日時点で5/20の状況が発表されており、5/1まで処理が進んでいるようです。
法人が反映されるまではまだまだですね。

Hi, Cynix, re speed limit, it depends on the road. At Shuto Expressway the limit is 60 but average 80. In Shin Tomei Expwy, the limit is 100 and average 120. In Ise-Wangan Expwy, the limit is 100 but average 130. Some people goes like 150 or 200

法人で5/15に申請し、5/18に受理されました。もう5月分の2万円は使い切ってしまいました(笑)
明日は6月分を使います！
