The "Memorial" tab was added to the Information screen (pressing the "i" button while the parking brake is on) during a recent firmware update. It is on the second page of the information screens.

(I am sure most Tesla forum readers are aware that the three people named all worked at Tesla and were killed in a plane accident earlier this year.)
