I've seen a bunch of discussion about tire swaps recently with the snow finally ending, so I thought I'd throw out a positive recommendation.
When I ordered my winter tires through tire rack, I took a leap of faith and had them shipped to Smooth Automotive in Medford (where no Tesla had been before) to have the tires swapped and stored. The shop owner is Frank and I asked if he had worked on a Tesla before, he said: "I haven't, but it has four wheels, right?" (joking) Great guy... the car has been through there twice now (once to install the winter tires, and once to remove them) and absolutely no issues. Frank treated the car like it was the ark of the covenant (just how I like people to treat the car....) and is very personable/friendly. He asked if I would be back for an oil change.
Total cost was $115 with tire storage until next winter. Hope this helps someone.
