Blair was fastest raw and pax time for Saturday. Blair was slower by .04 from the fast raw score on Sunday.

Nice vid. Though, in this case I'd rather be listening to the drivetrain whine and tire scrub than dubstep.

This Thursday (Sep 6th) is the SCCA nationals at Lincoln Park Nebraska. Blair Reid is running the red Tesla at 9:00am central time on the west course. You can tune and listen or watch at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/solo-nationals-west

Friday he runs again at 9:00am on the east course. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/solo-nationals-east

The competition is brutal as most are running Corvettes and some of those Vettes are the 2006 or later Z06 (LS7 engines). Wish him luck.

Well Blair gave it all he had. The Tesla ran flawlessly but all he could do was 32nd out of 41 drivers. Tires were the limiting factor. 9 minutes of track time just about shredded those front 205 Hoosiers. The lead Porsche GT3 was running 255 front and 315 in the rear. The Vettes were running 315 up front and massive 345 tires in the rear.

Nationals were an eye opener. Well there is always next year.

Congrats to him I hope you're not disappointed. Was that his first nat's? If so he did quite well.
