Now, it hasn't climbed to a new all-time record, but it climbed to a new record for the month of February.

Could it be that Solar is forcing power company to have increases? If so, better jump in now and get solar to hedge the increases before it gets worse. My panels were installed last month. I'm still waiting for the electric company to change my meter before the system can be turned-on......they are in no hurry to do so.
