I got that link from here: http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/201...lectric_c.html where people commented. I think somebody needs to comment and explain why a couple of the commentors are incorrect.

BTW, this town is 5 minutes from my home (different town) and where Tom Moloughney (Mini-E #250) owns a restaurant and has a charger hooked up there so he can charge his car.
