From Tesla (ping me if you have any questions that I can help get answered):

We have collected nearly 10,000 signatures from Connecticut residents like you who support welcoming Tesla to the state. Next week, we are going to the capitol to deliver them to legislators in person and we want you to be there.

RSVP to join us in Hartford on Tuesday, May 16 as we deliver your petition signatures to Connecticut legislators.

HB 7097 will allow electric vehicle manufacturers without franchise agreements like Tesla to operate in the state, supporting sustainable energy efforts while adding new jobs and investing in local economies.

The vote on HB 7097 is happening this month, and this is one of our last chances to demonstrate the widespread support Tesla has across the state. Come to our petition drop on Tuesday and be part of the action:

Date: Tuesday, May 16
Time: 10:30am - 12:00pm
Location: North side of the capitol building

https://petitiondrop-tesla.nationbuilder.com/

You’ve been a critical part of our efforts in Connecticut. We hope you’ll join us at the capitol to deliver our message to lawmakers.

Thanks for being with us,

The Tesla Connecticut Team
