SCE drops EV TOU rate?

Am I reading this schedule correctly?
It appears SCE is discontinuing the EV Time Of Use rate for charging.

I am on the TOU-D-TEV probably for one or two more months... The new whole house plan has no discounts for EVs and changes the Peak period from 2-8pm... So, if you have Solar on the roof, that's less hours of Peak production 6-8pm of Peak with no solar off-set.
