retrofit electric powerfolding mirrors

You're correct. Here's a service center quote from another thread. DIY or retrofitting through an independent shop could save on labor.

I had my last P85 (July 2013 build) retrofitted by Tesla for around $1,500 ($750 each mirror).

I actually got a quote for my '12 sig this week - $1892

Had my MS retrofited last November. Paid $869.00

It's interesting to see such a variation in pricing. A member of our local club had it done for the same cost as tezzla ($1,500) about half a year ago.

Mine was about the same, parts have come down in price and they charge about 1 hr labor. As long as you have the harness you are good.

$869 might be worth it. The old price of $1,500 to $2,500 not so much. I'll ask my service center.

I was told $3,200 for my early Sig. Oh well. Another reason to upgrade to the D in a few years

When was your car produced?

I did the retrofit for my2012 Sig. Wiring hardness, new mirrors and reprograming was done for around 1000.
