Tonight I sent an email to Ownership @ email address and received an automatic reply stating it is no longer monitored. With this inbox no longer monitored where should update suggestions be sent too?

It's in the autoresponse. Replace the "at" with the "@" sign:

ServiceHelpNA at teslamotors.com

Tesla responded to my original email, looks like servicehelpna at teslamotors.com should be used for future requests.

I noticed this on Saturday when I emailed them on Saturday, so I forwarded the email to the new address. Much to my surprise, they responded at 9:50pm on Saturday night. Wasn't really expecting an answer until Monday.
