Proactive underbody shield inspection

Got a call from Tesla the other day asking to schedule me in for a proactive inspection of the underbody shield... anyone else get this call?

I've has some crazy hours this week but planned to call them tomorrow.

I think 3s meant I haven't had it long at all... less than 2 weeks actually.

So I called the service centre and apparently there are 2 bolts which they want to ensure were installed to the shield... from the sounds of it there won't be many people called about this at all. When I called in and told the person why I calling and offered to give my name/vin, she replied by saying there was no need because she knew exactly who I am and they haven't called many people about this. Go figure.

So I'll be setting up an appt for them to valet my car in for this inspection.

Well it did sit in that deep black hole for a VERY long time... So who knows!
