Northern Idaho Supercharger location: any signs of construction

The newly updated Tesla website Supercharger map shows a Northern Idaho Supercharger location in grey, indicating that it is "coming soon", I believe. I am going to need that Supercharger location in mid-August when my wife and I are driving from Northern California to Glacier National Park in Montana.

Has anyone located the site of the Northern Idaho Supercharger location? The map makes it look like it will be in or near Coeur d'Alene.

UPDATE: My apologies, I see there is an existing topic about this Supercharger location in the General Forum at Supercharger - Coeur d'Alene, ID - Page 4 and that someone did find a permit with an address shown as: 3502 N Fruitland Ln, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815
