Update : Just called Ontario and confirmed the way it is worded, the rebate is one per vehicle. HOwever, when I explained that the guy trading his Model S in for a new one already has a charger rebate and doesn't need a second one they said "you have a point, someone will contact you to discuss".

Hemants, did you check with the previous owner to see if he claimed the rebate?
I sold my Sig a few weeks ago to a chap who was installing a NEMA 14-50 in his garage...I never applied for the charge station rebate, so, if this holds true, he should be able to claim it.

Whomever received the EV purchase rebate can also claim the charging rebate within 6 months.
