In less than 24 hours I will be an owner of a new Tesla Model S. I wanted to describe the three Tesla employees you may likely encounter during the purchase process:

The Owner Advisor. I first met this person in the Tesla store. This person arranged my test drive and helped me select options. Weeks after I placed and confirmed my order, I changed my mind. The Owner Advisor helped me through this process as well.

The Credit Specialist. If you want to explore financing through Tesla, you will work with this person. I was given the option between a 5 year or 6 year loan. For me, getting a loan through Tesla was no more complicated than getting a new credit card through the mail.

The Delivery Experience Specialist. The final step is arranging delivery of your car. This person monitors when you car will be ready for pick up and schedules your delivery appointment.

Call the Service Center where you're expecting to take delivery. There should be an option on the menu for delivery.
Oh ok, was hoping for a lazy email. Hard to find time during the workday to wait in line on the phone.

But anyway my car went into production complete status, again, just minutes after I wrote here so my question is mostly answered already I hope.
