Tesla iPhone app down this morning, or is it just me?

Same here, I managed to start heating at 7:10 but now I can't connect anymore

It is down since last night

Ah well. 5 minutes manual pre-heating did the job. Strangely enough VisibleTesla is receiving data from the vehicle (also not able to control the car from here). So it is not a connection problem between the car and the Tesla Cloud, but more a problem on their control servers...

Anyway, once again I'm flabbergasted that the pre-heating can't be set on the car. It' ridiculous to be forced to use the app every morning and when it doesn't work it's a show-stopper.

I was not IN the car, but switched the car on, pressed twice on the front window heater (setting the temp on HI) and once on the back window heater, and left the car. I did not fully shut the door, because doing so will shut down the HVAC again.

Maybe leaving it in neutral with the parking brake on instead of in park might work? But I don't know what happens when you lock the car after that.

It works for me again I hope it will last.

The app works beter than ever before!
I'm parked in the 'blunderput', an underground parking where I didn't have a connection ever, but now I do!

Maybe it's just that I parked one floor up from where i usually park

Can anyone confirm Visible Tesla is working? I get the error that my credentials are wrong, and not forget to use my e-mail address as username
