Wow, congrats on the high mileage. Did you try tesla's trade in offer for fun? Cuz using their formula, I think they'll offer zero, or some negative number.

So given that you "Called Tesla and they offered a trade-in value of $42K over the phone" can we assume that your private sale price is something over that amount?

When posting a "for sale" ad, including an asking price seems essential.
