I'd use 3DOT2.

Personally, I have plans for my 85D but not going to post them since you have to get a permanent plate here before you can apply and I don't want someone else to take my idea.

In Texas you can pre-purchase even before the car comes. It take 3 - 4 weeks and when you go to pick up your plate they link it to the car.

Might be able to get away with "EATMYD" and say the D stands for Dust.

Breser - you can order the custom plate now for your current car and just transfer it to the new car later.

As long as both are registered in your name, it's as simple as mailing in a letter:
WA State Licensing (DOL) Official Site: Transfer license plates to another vehicle

My truck has a vanity plate on it already. So that doesn't help in my situation. I guess I could have ordered it for the S85 I sold but I figured that would just confuse matters.
