the google docs spread sheet has an option for "in transit" but i cant confirm if thats still a valid update or not. my cars at the same stage as yours. very exciting
Bobby, is that expected delivery date from your specialist or from the MyTesla page? I was expecting delivery on the 5th but if it hasn't left California yet, that's probably not going to happen. These last couple weeks of waiting have been the hardest!
That means that your car is done and Tesla is prepping it to be shipped OR it's landed and the SC is prepping. When mine said that it was still in CA and did not change even after I picked it up. When you car is close or at the SC trust that they will call you, Tesla wants there money asap.

that date was the one i was given about a month or so ago. i have a feeling itll be much earlier than that however, the DS hinted as much. it only says "december" on my tesla dashboard.
I don't think Tesla is using in transit status anymore (if they ever did). Almost everyone stays in that preparing for delivery or shipping status until they get delivery.
They still use "in transit" for international orders, with the next step being "prep for pickup" which I assume means it has arrived at the local SC
Still waiting for my dash to change to that...
