Seats - P85 no more? Layflat P85D?

So the P85 performance seats can no longer be configured online. The traditional nonperformance seats on 60 and 85 models and the new bolstered/whiplash protection seats on the P85D are the only seats available. Could this suggest an impending seat change for even non-P85D and maybe they are using up the last of the current stock? It seemed for a short time after the P85D release you could configure the old performance seats, but it seems to have disappeared in the last week or two.

Has anyone seen the new P85D rear seat lay flat. I have read speculation and rumor they will not but have yet to see a photo or someone say they have seen with their own eyes.

There was never a "performance seat". There was "performance leather" which was a just a trim style, with contrasting piping and alcantara panels. The reason it was called performance is because it was originally only available on P models.

That's what they're no longer offering.

All the seats other than the "next gen" ones available on the P85D are the same, and always have been.

I agree the new bolsters on the rear next gen seats do suggest they may not lie flat (or that they may get squashed if you fold them then put a heavy object on top).
