Vendor Lighted Door Sill Installation

We recently had a client request us to install these lighted door sills. I had my doubts, but once complete, these are very well-built and truly enhance the door sills.

Made clean connection to factory LED light under dash

Installed custom hand-trimmed matte clear bra to protect metal from scuffing

Client supplied it to us. It's a nice DIY project if you're comfortable with it. We had fun with it and will probably do it again if our clients request it.

Having done this myself (and had the sills layered with carbon fiber) the installation is quite easy. Wiring them is the most difficult part as it requires tapping into the 12v connection to the lamps in bot footwells. This is kind of a PIA.
