According to the Sep 24 NY Times Business Section, p. B7, "The Wrecking Ball Targets a Former Army Base," "...an electric vehicle charging facility will replace a conventional gas station." (No, it does not say what kind; no mention of Tesla or any other brand.)

That's great news! I grew up just down the road in Red Bank & Little Silver and my Dad still lives in Rumson. That would be a nice charging option over the 30A plug at Dad's house. Any idea when this might be coming online? We're overdue for a visit
