This is a brand new set of Tesla Wheels and Tires (winter). They are the 19" standard wheels which are less prone to getting filled with snow and out of balance like the newer "aero" wheels according to one member who has the Aero wheels here.
$4000 plus shipping at Tesla, and these come with the Tesla Tire Totes as well (A $160.00 value)
