Not the easy way. You'd have to go up to Virginia and then head west through South Dakota if you want to stay on Superchargers. But that will probably change drastically in the next few months.

Not sure I understand the question. Every Model S trip from FL to CA has been without a CHAdeMO adapter thus far -- as the adapter is not available yet.

Not at the moment, unless you're using RV parks (which will get you about 30 miles/hour charge rate on a 50 amp--so add 7-10 hours for that stop).
When are you planning your trip?

Keep an eye on Superchargers and there's a decent chance that in December, you could make it through Texas and up through Kansas.
