Works fine for me,
Is there any way to activate Siri without touching the phone tho?
with iOS 8.0: Settings/General/Siri/Allow "Hey Siri" (slide to the right/enable)
This only works when its charging.
Is there a button combo on the steering wheel or similar was what I was asking

Any one know if you can push email and text to the center monitor?

There is no button on the steering wheel, but if you plug in your phone to the USB port and say "Hey Siri" she responds and you can ask her to play whatever music is on your phone, thus a workaround for the lack of iPod integration. This only works when its charging.

I didn't know about this. Works great! Thanks for the tip.
Found a fix.
Switch off "Sync Contacts" in the car's Bluetooth profile on the iPhone. Try to make a call. If it works, switch back on "Sync Contacts" and everything should work fine now.
Does this work when connected to Bluetooth?
I couldn't get it to work.
I have a Bluetooth 'Home button' on my visor that sort of works.
