I am sure battery packs with giga factory timing

If the hydrogen gamble does not net Toyota the CARB-ZEV credits they need for 2018-2025, I can see a rebadged Tesla Model 3 as a Lexus "E-Ledom".

So far, they've been very successful in staying ahead of the CARRB game, even selling beau coup credits to GM last year when that company couldn't get its act together in time with Spark EV.

Much more efficient for both companies if Toyota simply bought the credits from Tesla in that case.
