Yes. I've seen that RAV4 EV also. The owner had the sticker made.

There are multiple RAV4EVs with stickers like that now. I think others got inspired to make their own too.

I recently saw a commercial for this car... And like the BMW ads for the i3, Mercedes-Benz went out of their way to never show the entire car at once with the B-Class Electric.
