I picked up a Blackvue dual dash cam and am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for installers and some idea of what it would cost? I may just try and do it myself.
Did it myself--search the posts here for one on continuous 12v power. Lots of helpful photos & info. It's a bit of work but if you are handy it's not technically too challenging.
So seemingly no recommendations... I feel reasonably handy but at the same time not sure how to hide the cables... and the only tutorials I've seen require drilling or damaging the vehicle, which I'm not willing to do.
Maybe try Dan at Walnut Creek Customs--I know he has done a bunch of Model s dash cams. Joe T used to work there doing OCDetailing but he has left for his own location in Fremont.

Thanks for the info, will check it out... I'm on the fence as to getting a dash cam; however, figure the bay area is close enough that if it's a trustworthy installer that might be worth getting done the next time I'm down that way after I get my Tesla. Honestly torn between the Blackvue as seems very feature rich & just getting a small go pro session and using it as a front during driving only option...
