What's wrong with the merch store?

I was trying to puchase some shirts from the tesla online store, and first time it said the was a "cart error" and now it says the shop is temporarily frozen. What does that mean? And has anyone been able to buy something from there?

They don't seem to put a lot of effort into the schwag. They have been "out" of most things in the LA store for months and months.

They're testing winter tires. When they're done the shop will thaw and start working again. Just be patient.
