Model S owner building his own charging network in China.

Can a China owner confirm what type of charger Zong Yi used for this? If the charging numbers are to be believed, it is a low amp charger rather than something like a ClipperCreek CS-100 100-amp equivalent charger. If this is the case, does anyone know why he didn't install something more powerful? Such a charger could have still been able to charge other EVs if that was his goal.
