Is this posted anywhere? Are they annual, more frequent or is there any pattern at all? What impacts are expected on MS pricing with arrivals of MX, GF and Gen3? Thank you.

MS Price Increase History and Predictability?

No pattern at all. AFAIK no price changes expected in the near future either. Gigafactory will lower costs of the batterys for Tesla thus increasing their margins but I dont expect them to drop the price of the Model X or Model S. These will probably remain the same as they are consistent with high end luxury car pricing.
[1] I would say "no extensive discussion or analysis of patterns @ teslamotorsclub.com thus far" which is different from "no pattern".
[2] I would say "no hints or official information on future price changes reported at teslamotorsclub.com" but I definitely expect price changes at least once or twice a year.
