How Long Until A SC Route Carolinas to New Orleans to California?

Montgomery, AL is on the map but Birmingham, AL is not. Either is a relatively long haul (150-170 miles) from Atlanta.

There have been local rumors of potential sites in the Baton Rouge, LA area but nothing concrete. I've been trying to watch the permits to see if I spot anything but nothing yet.

Supposedly a permit has been applied for (issued?) for the site in Defuniak Springs, FL (panhandle site along I-10).
