Brake calipers - Red.... OK, that's standard on all P85 models... Twin chargers, isn't that included in all 85KwH models? You took the $7500 federal tax credit for the car, so you still want to sell the car for $110,000? I like Tesla's, but I would by mine from the factory first.

Not all. Maybe current production, but not all.

Edit: Just checked Design Studio. Currently it's a no-cost option ("Included") but you can opt out of it. They weren't available at all in 2012 and for much (all?) of 2013.

Twin chargers, isn't that included in all 85KwH models?
No. The current pricing is $1,500 (or $3,600 after delivery). Also, nitpicker's corner: "Dual Chargers".
