Want to Drive Your Tesla in the Annapolis MD 4th of July Parade?

I am posting this on behalf of one of the Annapolis Tesla Owners who is not yet on TMC. He asked me to get a head count of Tesla owners who want to drive their cars in the 4th of July parade. You will need to show around 5 pm and the parade will start around 6:30 pm. More details can be found here.

If you want to join us please signal your intention soonest and also what kind of Tesla (Roadster or Model S) and color of Tesla. We can have a maximum of 10 cars in a group, and we will probably (though we are still trying to confirm) need to register our cars as a group. Thanks! Jim

We had a great time in Annapolis, and thanks to our host Paul for feeding us! Even had to do an "emergency" wash on one of the Model S - all hands pitched in! The drive thru Annapolis on the parade route was fun, and we got a lot of positive comments and applause as we drove thru! Each car had two American flags (or more!), and we had a few of the green EV flags (thanks to Lanny for stopping by and bringing another flag!). The lead Model S had a poster in the widow that had the Tesla logo, the word Tesla, and "Made in America" so the crowd would know for sure where the car was made! Had one Roadster and five Model S. Imagine what it will be like the next fourth of July with the Model X in the lineup!
