Link texts auto replaced by page title creates misunderstandings

I think this is the forum software trying to be 'smart'. If it finds a link, it goes off and retrieves the title of that link to use in the text of the article. So, you get nice titles, rather than nasty URLs (or nasty titles, rather than nice URLs, depending on your point of view).

If you want full control of the link, you can press the LINK button (to the right of the smiley face, and left of the envelope) on the message compose page. Then, enter the link into the presented dialog. Then, you will be given a URL tag in the message that contains both the link (URL=...) and title (ends just before the /url). The title can be changed at that point.

Alternatively, after saving a post, and seeing you don't like the title it created, just edit and change as necessary.
