Yes. In the top grey bar (just under the thread title) of any given thread there's a drop down for "Thread Tools"; select "Subscribe to this thread" and then you'll get options on notifications.

Alternatively go to your own "Settings" page and then click on the subscriptions folder in the left column. You can select threads where you posted and use the drop down at the bottom of the page to choose the notification method.

The problem is that there are a lot of threads. It would be nice to be able to bulk select. It would also be nice if there wasn't the "You may not get any new emails until you log in again", and you just got the emails.
