GPS Map in HK

I was told that the Model S in HK will not come with Google Map, but something else. Anyone know what they have in mind? Can I run Google Map regardless off their browser even if the NAV defaults to another map? Just very used to Google Map and do not want to try something new.

But I thought all current Model S on the road are using Google Map?

From what I understand the turn by turn directions next to the speedo are different to what is displayed on Google Maps on the screen. The need a provider for that info.
