At nearly 12,000-miles, The Epic Electric American Roadtrip will be the longest trip ever taken in an all-electric vehicle.
It most certainly will NOT be the "longest trip ever taken in an all-electric vehicle." Saying so is disrespectful to Raphael from Spain who drove his Roadster around the world. Possibly more impressive was the global circumnavigation taken by two guys in a Mitsubishi EV with a range of less than 80mi per charge. It may be the longest American Roadtrip, but they need to say that.
A big shout out to Hector(aka Crasher4life) for listing his Nema 14-50 on Plugshare. Without it, my vacation with my family at Ocean City would not have been possible. It is generous people like him that will make the EV movement work until society sees the light and starts building the necessary infrastructure.

Absolutely agree. It's funny how quickly people like to claim some title without doing the research to see if they really are earning it (not to mention they haven't even done this yet).
