Do the European Model S's have the "split mirror"?

On all of our cars, we tend to import the "Euro split mirror". I'm not sure if it's just "liked" there or mandated, but we love it:

I'm talking about these:

VW Golf Jetta Bora MK4 Blue Tinted Split Angle Mirror | eBay

They give you a slight edge in eliminating blind spots because the outer-most edge of the mirror (past the dotted lines) is at a different angle to the rest of the mirror.

So, do the European Model S's have these? If so, is it possible to import?
