Thought it might be fun to post a thread, and keep a track of, Hong Kong EV numbers (particularly as they change over time).
As at end of 2013, there are 592 EVs in use, up from 74 in end 2010 and 242 in end 2011.
I got a response from the EPD regarding a breakdown of recent figures, and here is where we are at the end of 2013:
